It appears logical that the future of domestic construction is mosting likely to be developed with precast concrete. There are much less and much less people starting apprenticeships in Australia, specifically bricklaying apprenticeship, although that the household construction sector has been paying a tariff/levy/tax called the "block levy" considering that the very early 2000s.
