Del Val Realty & & Building Administration (" Del Val") took control of the residential property monitoring obligations for a group of 47 rentals in Philly as well as New Jacket in 4 separate buildings as of August 2015. At the time Del Val took over, the buildings were being managed by a single property representative with little or no support.
