The very first scheduled growth traces back to a California designer called Simon Eisner, that was hired by the city of Scottsdale, Arizona in the 1960s to aid establish a plan of attack for the area's expected populace boom. The initial result was the master-planned area of McCormick Cattle ranch, which was comprised of housing plats, workplace parks, recreational parks, and commercial centers.
