A rent-to-own scheme is a contract in between the owner who may ultimately offer to the tenant (that is the suggestion). The renter resides in the residential or commercial property, paying lease plus an additional costs as a top-up against the future acquisition rate. The agreement between the tenant as well as the owner/seller will define the future cost. The tenant obtains assurance that they will certainly be the purchaser at some time in the future at a cost that is dealt with to them. The owner/seller has a future customer for his residential property, despite market problems.
