HDB Concessionary Lending or Bank HDB Loan?

The 1st of January 2003 altered the options Singaporeans had for acquiring an HDB flat (Housing Development Board flat), which were either an HDB Concessionary Price Funding or an HDB market rate lending. The latter was then changed by home loans from financial institutions, published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. For property owner over a specific earnings bracket Banks' HDB financings are required. For those under the revenue brace, an HDB concessionary financing is available, provided they satisfy all requirements established by the Real estate Development Board. During the period of time in which the loan is given, resident can refinance their loans from HDB to banks, if they choose it is optimal.
